WHAT IF I CHOOSE THE WRONG LENGTH OR CHANGE MY MIND?
No worries. If you choose the wrong length or change your mind, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Personalized or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.
CAN I SHOWER OR WORK OUT WHILE WEARING MY CHAIN?
