Hilmi Şen

Hilmi Şen is the Founder and Chairman of Allegro Gold, with over 35 years of experience in the jewelry industry. Drawing on his extensive expertise in jewelry production, craftsmanship and international trade, he began developing Allegro Gold together with Abbas Şen in 2007, building the business on a foundation of quality, innovation and industry know-how.

Under his leadership, Allegro Gold has grown into an integrated jewelry company combining design, production, wholesale and international trade. Today, the company operates a 1,500-square-meter production facility and offers a diverse portfolio of approximately 1,500 product designs, serving both domestic and international markets.

Beyond Türkiye, Allegro Gold also operates a production facility in Germany, where the company carries out both manufacturing and wholesale activities, strengthening its presence in the European market. As Chairman, Hilmi Şen continues to lead Allegro Gold with a focus on craftsmanship, sustainable growth, innovation and international expansion.
